Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RawCraft app ("RawCraft", "the app"), which is created and operated by Lewis Lovelock ("we", "us"). By downloading or using RawCraft, you agree to these Terms.

License

RawCraft grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.

Free version and purchases

• RawCraft is free to download and includes one full-quality export so you can try it.
• The $14.99 one-time unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase that enables unlimited exports, batch processing, and future updates. It is a one-time payment - not a subscription.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard refund policy.

Your content

You retain all rights to your photos and to the .cube LUT files you import. RawCraft makes no claim of ownership over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any LUT files you use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

RawCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While RawCraft is designed to never modify your original ProRAW files, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important photos.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RawCraft and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
